The present conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, the company Numero K, and on the other hand, the persons wishing to carry out a purchase (the customer/buyer) via the Internet sales site www.numerok.fr.
The relationship between the two parties will be governed solely by the following contract.

These terms and conditions are only available in French language.
Article 1
The orders: the orders are made on the site www.numerok.fr. Any order validated by the customer is worth contract of sale and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale (GCS). All the data provided by the customer and the validation of the order are worth proof and signature of the transaction between the customer and Numero K. A confirmation of the validated order will be sent to the customer by email before shipping and will make the sale final, subject to the right to exercise the right of withdrawal (article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code). Numero K commits to honor orders only within the limits of available stocks of products. If the product is not available, NumeroK will inform the customer by email.
Art 2
Prices: prices are indicated in euros (€) VAT not applicable, according to article 293 B of the general tax code.
NumeroK reserves the right to modify at any time the prices displayed, the price listed on the site at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer. The prices of each item are excluding shipping costs.

Payment: secure payment by CB, VISA, American Express on the site www.numerok.fr
Art 4 The right to cancel
Right of withdrawal: the customer, i.e. the non-professional physical person, benefits from a right of withdrawal of 14 days as from the delivery of the product, to exchange or turn over for refunding the aforementioned product without penalties (article L 121-20 of the Code of the Consumption).
The costs of return (transport) remain the responsibility of the customer, and must be done by Colissimo. The customer must keep a proof of sending. The article must be returned, unworn, in its original packaging, accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice and sent to the following address

Only items purchased on the Numero K website can be refunded.
The refund will be made within 5 working days, from the receipt of the package.
Art 5
Deliveries :
FRANCE: from 4€ to 8€ depending on the weight. Delivery with Colissimo France within 2 to 5 working days from the date of shipment.
EUROPE : from 12€ to 18€ according to the delivery zones. Delivery with Colissimo Europe within 2 to 7 working days from the date of shipment.
INTERNATIONAL: from 15€ to 27€ depending on the delivery zone.
All validated orders are shipped within 5 working days (excluding holidays or exceptional closure), subject to availability of the item. The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.

Exchange: the return costs (transport) remain however with the load of the customer, and must be done by Colissimo. The customer must keep a proof of sending. The article must be returned, unworn, in its original packaging, accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice and sent to the following address

The order will only be reshipped once the returned product is received by Numero K.
No exchange or refund will be accepted if the purchase of the product has not been made on the website www.numerok.fr.
Art 7
Cases of force majeure: are considered cases of force majeure
delays preventing the execution of the obligations of Numero K, i.e. lack of raw materials, stop of transport. The sale is then postponed or cancelled by agreement of both parties. However, Numero K will do its best to meet the delivery expectations of its customers.
Art 8
Conformity: the products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, Numero K cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual.
Art 9
Intellectual and industrial property: all the elements of the www.numerok.fr website are protected by copyright and trademark law. They are the exclusive property of Numero K. It is forbidden to reproduce and exploit in whole or in part, any product, belonging to the Numero K brand, as well as any visual or sound parts belonging to the brand, under penalty of constituting a fault giving rise to legal proceedings.

Data processing and freedom: the information given by the customer on the website www.numeroK.fr is strictly necessary for the management of the orders, the sending of the products and the commercial relations between the customer and Numero K.
